Orders and Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days of date of purchase and in unused condition for a refund.
Please return your item in the original packaging where possible.
Please note, all items for refund should be both unwashed and in a re-sellable condition.

If you have purchased a Brooks product via a third party retailer, please reach out directly to them to arrange your return.
- 1 Please enter the e-mail address with which you made the purchase and the order number that you can find in the order confirmation.
- 2 Select the items for which you want to request a return.
- 3 Select the method of return (courier pick-up or drop-off to a DHL Service Point). Confirm the return.
- 4 An e-mail will be sent to you with the return label that must be attached to your package.

Remember to insert the order number without including the # sign.
