Saddles, Bags, Etc.We stock a range of Brooks saddles based around the B17 style - this includes the ‘S’ ladies models which are shorter and broader, the sprung Flyer, the Specials and the B17 Narrow. A limited number of other models are available to order. Our most popular saddle is B17 Standard in black, but we can never get enough B17 Specials in green. Our customers choose Brooks because they appreciate the comfort and durability of the saddles for all kinds of riding. Particularly, in our case, long distance and adventure touring. The saddles are also a beautiful aesthetic choice for any bike, especially when paired with matching Brooks bar tape or grips, which we stock in a range of colours. The other popular option are the Millbrook and Glennbrook saddlebags and Challenge tool bag. It's important to take care of your saddle, so we stock maintenance kits, proofide and rain covers.

Bicycles StockedWe stock city commuting and touring bicyles from Surly, SE bikes, Vivente, Salsa, Gazelle, Brompton, Merida and Fuji. Our steel touring bikes and singlespeeds and fixies are the most popular bikes for Brooks. The saddles are also popular on vintage bikes that we restore in our workshop.

Atmosphere, Location and PersonalityCheeky Monkey Cycle Company opened up Christmas 1999 to service the needs of urban and transport cyclists. Commuters, couriers, students, travellers and any other people who use their bikes for transport. We’re proud to support and be a part of Sydney’s inner west cycling community. Our shop focus is on quality repairs, durable parts and functional accessories for urban and transport cycling. We like citybikes, loadcarriers, trailers, folding bikes and recumbents. We think that bikes are the best way to get around and would like to encourage more people to use bikes for trips to the movies, shopping, work or whatever. The more people there are riding, the more presssure there will be for cycling infrastructure and the better it will be for all mankind! We try to make ourselves very approachable and do our best to demistify bikes to new riders. We're proud of our workshop. It's the backbone of the business and is open for the cutomers to watch us working on bikes.
